Neil started his career as a highly driven agent at Richardson & Wrench in Terrigal, where he was Rookie of the Year in 2001, before meeting his wife Helena and moving to North Queensland for love. He found the perfect partner to build a successful career and future with and the pair now have two beautiful daughters.
